The assessors office is broke. Ford must go.

I think the assessors have reduced the valuation for next year, fiscal 2013. However, since they are trying to reduce the actual abatements granted for fiscal 2012, they have denied his request. He should file with the ATB immediately since they are giving him the run around. They are simply gambling that he won't file.

He should contact the Inspector General's Office, this is blatent corruption. The assessors have acknowledged that their valuation was too high, but have refused him an abatement. This is a clear lack of ethics.

File with the ATB! Even though the assessors know his taxes should be $600 less, they've decided to steal his money.
