I do hope that what AWARE is doing will finally put an end to the BS at the assessors office.
I remember how Ford justified our assessment. The house next door was assessed $12,000 less than ours even though it has a bigger lot, but the house is the same size. The difference he said is that we have a tree on our property. They don't.
