The Worcester Seven Hills Tea Party under the direction of Bonnie Johnson, who helped taxpayers file abatement applications for FY2011, and Joan will be speaking at the Worcester Senior Center on November 1st, from 11:00-12:00. During the program they will discuss assessment values and abatements.
